D3 Agent is a marketing agency platform currently in development. It unifies campaign management across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads into a single dashboard with AI-powered insights and automated client reports — eliminating the context-switching and manual reporting that drains agency capacity.

The problem

The manual work D3 Agent replaces

Digital marketing agencies managing multiple clients across Meta, Google, and TikTok operate across three separate ad interfaces, each with its own reporting format and optimisation logic. An account manager handling ten clients may switch between thirty or more separate dashboards, accounts, and reports in a single day. No single view shows campaign health across all clients and all channels.

Client reporting is the biggest time sink. Most agencies produce monthly or fortnightly reports by manually pulling data from each platform, formatting it into a presentation, and sending it per client — a process that can consume 10–20% of an agency's total capacity, every reporting cycle. The reports also arrive late, because they have to be assembled manually.

D3 Agent is being built to eliminate this overhead. Agency teams get a unified cross-client, cross-channel campaign view with real-time data. AI surfaces the insights and anomalies that matter. Reports are generated and sent automatically on a schedule — the same day the data is available.

D3 Agent's AI layer monitors campaign performance continuously and flags anomalies before they become missed targets: sudden CPM spikes, creative fatigue, audience saturation, and budget pacing issues. Insights arrive as plain-language alerts, not raw data.

Automated client reporting

Client reports are generated automatically on a schedule you define — weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. Each report is formatted per your agency's brand and includes the metrics, commentary, and recommendations you configure for that client. Delivered by email on the morning they're due.

Multi-client account management

Manage all client ad accounts from a single login without switching between ad manager accounts. Role-based access lets you give each client a read-only view of their own campaigns without exposing other clients' data.

Cross-channel creative performance

Compare creative performance across platforms: which ad formats are converting on Meta vs. TikTok, which audience segments overlap, and which creative assets are fatiguing. Creative insights surface what to pause and what to scale — across all clients at once.
