Industrial IoT
Industrial IoT systems that prevent downtime before it costs you.
We attach sensors to your equipment, build the cloud platform, and ship the intelligence that turns vibration, temperature, and chemical data into early warnings — and into action.
Schedule a site visitWhen industrial iot makes sense
These are the situations businesses describe when they first reach out.
You're losing hours of production to unplanned engine or equipment failures.
You're getting fined — or about to be — for wastewater discharge incidents.
You're running compressors, pumps, or motors with no real-time visibility on their health.
You've been quoted hundreds of thousands of dollars by enterprise IoT vendors for systems you'd use 10% of.
You need a monitoring system designed for your equipment, not a generic platform you have to bend to fit.
What we build
Engine & rotating equipment monitoring
Vibration and temperature sensors attached to motors, pumps, compressors, and gearboxes. Real-time dashboards, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance alerts that fire before failure — not after.
Industrial wastewater monitoring
Sensors measuring pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, and chemical composition in real time. Early-warning alerts when readings drift toward discharge thresholds, with automated control actions to prevent pollution events.
Energy & utility metering
Submetering electricity, gas, and water at the asset level. Identifies which lines, machines, or shifts consume disproportionately — so you fix the right things first.
Edge-to-cloud architecture
Sensors → edge gateway → secure cloud → web dashboard + mobile alerts. Works with existing PLCs and SCADA systems where they exist; runs standalone where they don't.
Custom alert logic
Escalation rules, shift-aware thresholds, and multi-channel notifications via email, SMS, Telegram, and Zalo. The right person gets the right alert at the right time — even at 3am.
Our stack
Sensors from Bosch, Honeywell, and Hanwei depending on the use case. Edge gateways on Raspberry Pi or industrial-grade ARM hardware. MQTT/AMQP for messaging. Time-series databases (InfluxDB, TimescaleDB). React + Next.js web dashboards. AWS, GCP, or on-premises deployment based on your security requirements.
Case study
Industrial wastewater monitoring at [CLIENT_NAME]
A textile manufacturer in [Hanoi industrial park] was relying on weekly manual sampling for wastewater compliance. After a near-miss discharge incident, they engaged L'inno to deploy continuous monitoring. We installed pH, conductivity, and COD sensors at three discharge points, built a real-time dashboard, and automated SMS and Zalo alerts to the EHS team. In the first 90 days, the system detected and prevented two threshold breaches that the manual sampling process would have missed entirely — each of which carried a potential fine exceeding the cost of the monitoring system.

Site walkthrough (free, 1 day)
We visit your facility, identify monitoring points, and propose a sensor map — no commitment required.
Pilot deployment (3–6 weeks)
Single line or single discharge point, fully instrumented and dashboarded. You see real data before committing to full rollout.
Full rollout (1–3 months)
Expanded coverage based on pilot learnings. Includes integration with existing SCADA or PLC systems where present.
Operations & support
Monthly health checks, sensor calibration, firmware updates, and dashboard refinement. We stay on the system after launch.
Frequently asked questions
How much does an industrial IoT pilot cost?
Pilots typically start from $5,000–$15,000 USD depending on sensor count, communication infrastructure, and site complexity. We give you a fixed price after the site walkthrough — no surprises.
Can you integrate with our existing SCADA or PLC system?
Yes. We read from existing PLCs using Modbus, OPC-UA, or proprietary protocols depending on your equipment manufacturer. You don't have to rip out what's working — we build on top of it.
How long until we see ROI?
For predictive maintenance use cases, most clients recover the system cost within 6–12 months from prevented downtime alone. For compliance use cases like wastewater monitoring, ROI is effectively immediate — one avoided discharge incident typically exceeds the cost of the entire monitoring system.
Do you support facilities outside Hanoi?
Yes. We've deployed in industrial parks across Northern Vietnam and remotely monitor systems in Southern Vietnam and internationally. The cloud architecture means we can support your facility from anywhere.
Who owns the data and the system?
You do — entirely. All sensor data, dashboards, and code are yours. We can host on your cloud account or ours, and we provide full documentation and handover at project close. You're never locked in.
What happens when a sensor fails or goes offline?
The system sends an alert immediately when a sensor stops reporting expected data. Our monthly health checks also include physical sensor inspection and calibration. We treat a silent sensor as a fault, not a clean reading.
