Running an after-school education centre in Vietnam is operationally demanding. Add a second or third branch and the complexity multiplies: each location has its own class schedules, student rosters, teachers, and parent relationships — all of which need to stay in sync.
Most education centre operators manage this across a patchwork of disconnected tools: enrolment in spreadsheets, class schedules in Google Calendar, attendance in a paper register, fees collected in cash with handwritten receipts, and parent communications via personal WhatsApp threads. Branch managers maintain their own records independently. There is no consolidated view.
The resulting problems are predictable: double-bookings when schedules update in one system but not another; parents receiving inconsistent information from different staff; fee reconciliation requiring a full day at month-end; and no visibility on which branches are growing or which students are at risk of dropping out. Kidland was built to solve all of this in one place.
