Workflow Automation
Automate the manual work that's eating your team's day.
We map your process end-to-end, identify every handoff that doesn't need a human, and build automation that runs reliably every day — so your team does the work that actually matters.
Tell us your processWhen workflow automation makes sense
These are the situations businesses describe when they first reach out.
Monthly payroll or payslip delivery consumes a full day of HR time.
Your sales reps copy and paste data between Google Sheets, email, and your CRM.
Invoices, purchase orders, or approval forms flow through five manual handoffs before anyone acts.
Reports that your team builds weekly could be generated automatically overnight.
You've outgrown the manual process but can't justify enterprise software at enterprise prices.
What we build
Payroll & payslip automation
Connect your payroll data to your HR database. Payslips are generated, encrypted, and delivered to each employee automatically on payday. What used to take a full day takes three clicks — or zero, if you schedule it.
Sales pipeline automation
Leads captured from any channel flow into a structured pipeline in Google Sheets, your CRM, or a custom dashboard. Sales reps see exactly what to action; managers see conversion, volume, and cycle time in real time.
Document workflow & approval automation
Purchase orders, contracts, and approval forms move between stakeholders automatically based on rules you define. No chasing for signatures, no re-entering data across systems, no lost PDFs in someone's inbox.
Cross-system API integration
Connect tools that don't talk natively: payroll to accounting, e-commerce to fulfillment, CRM to marketing, ERP to logistics. We build the middleware, handle authentication, and cover the error cases so data flows reliably.
Reporting & analytics automation
Weekly KPI summaries, monthly financial consolidations, and ad-hoc reports that used to take a full day now run on a schedule and land in your inbox by 8am. No spreadsheet-pasting required.
Our stack
Python, Google Apps Script, Node.js, n8n (self-hosted open-source automation), Make.com, REST and GraphQL APIs, Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar), Supabase/PostgreSQL for data persistence, and AWS Lambda for serverless triggers. We choose the right tool for your stack — not the one we're most comfortable with.
Case study
How Sheldon Sender eliminated manual payslip delivery for [CLIENT_NAME]
A [METRIC]-person company was spending the better part of a Monday each month generating individual payslips as PDFs, password-protecting them, and emailing them one by one. The process was error-prone and took the HR manager most of a working day. L'inno built Sheldon Sender — a system that pulls payroll data from their existing spreadsheet, generates password-protected payslips, and sends them via email and Zalo simultaneously. The first fully automated payroll run completed in under eight minutes. The HR manager now spends that Monday on actual HR work. Sheldon Sender is now a standalone product available to other companies facing the same problem.

Process mapping session (free, 2 hours)
We document your current workflow in detail, identify every manual step, and calculate where automation delivers the highest return.
Scoping & fixed-price proposal (3–5 days)
You receive a clear proposal: what we'll build, how it works, the timeline, and a fixed price. No open-ended hourly billing.
Build & test (2–6 weeks)
The automation is built and tested with your real data in a staging environment. You see it working before it goes live.
Handover & ongoing support
Full documentation, team training, and a period of monitored live operation. We stay available for refinements as your process evolves.
Frequently asked questions
What does 'workflow automation' actually mean for an SME?
It means taking a repeatable manual process — payroll, reporting, approvals, data entry — and making it run automatically based on rules. You define what should happen; the system does it without anyone having to remember, click, or copy-paste.
Do you use off-the-shelf tools or write custom code?
Both, depending on what the process needs. We use tools like n8n and Make.com for integrations that don't require custom logic, and Python or Node.js when the process has rules that generic tools can't handle. The goal is the most maintainable solution, not the most impressive one.
How long does it take to build automation?
Simple automations (one data source, one output, no branching logic) typically take 1–2 weeks from kickoff to live. Complex multi-system workflows with approval logic and error handling take 4–8 weeks. We scope it precisely before starting.
What if our process changes after you build the automation?
We design automation to be maintainable, not brittle. Minor changes (new fields, adjusted rules, new recipients) we handle quickly. If the underlying process changes significantly, we assess and quote the update — usually a fraction of the original build.
Do you integrate with our existing software — Google Workspace, Slack, accounting systems?
Yes. We've built integrations with Google Workspace, Slack, QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, and many others. If it has an API, we can connect to it. If it doesn't, we look at alternative approaches.
