The problem
Most HR teams in Vietnam still distribute payslips manually: open the payroll spreadsheet, generate a PDF for each employee, set a unique password, and send one email at a time — or worse, print and hand-deliver. For a 50-person company this takes the better part of a Monday morning. For a 200-person company it takes most of a working day.
The process is also error-prone. Employees occasionally receive each other's payslips. Password fields get left empty. Someone's email address changes and HR doesn't know until the bounce. The follow-up questions from employees who didn't receive their payslip or can't open it add another hour to the process.

How it works
Upload your existing payroll spreadsheet in the format you already use. Sheldon Sender reads employee names, email addresses, salary figures, and deductions directly. No reformatting, no manual copy-pasting, no new data entry.
A unique, password-protected PDF payslip is generated per employee. The password is derived from employee data (configurable) — employees can open their own payslip without HR needing to communicate a separate password list.
Payslips are delivered by email and Zalo simultaneously to each employee. In Vietnam, Zalo delivery increases open rates significantly for employees who check messaging apps before email.
Track exactly which employees received their payslip, which bounced, and which haven't opened yet. HR gets a delivery report without following up manually with each person.
Set payroll to run automatically on a specific date each month. HR uploads the spreadsheet on payday morning and the distribution happens in the background — no one needs to click send.
