Most HR teams in Vietnam still distribute payslips manually: open the payroll spreadsheet, generate a PDF for each employee, set a unique password, and send one email at a time — or worse, print and hand-deliver. For a 50-person company this takes the better part of a Monday morning. For a 200-person company it takes most of a working day.
The process is also error-prone. Employees occasionally receive each other's payslips. Password fields get left empty. Someone's email address changes and HR doesn't know until the bounce. The follow-up questions from employees who didn't receive their payslip or can't open it add another hour to the process.
Sheldon Sender was built by L'inno after experiencing this problem firsthand with a client. The solution is simple on the surface — upload, generate, send — but built on automation logic that handles every edge case: email matching, PDF generation, password management, and delivery confirmation.
